Yes. Starry is free to download and use. There is no subscription required to open the app, generate interfaces, or export code.
Starry runs on macOS 12 Monterey or later, on both Apple silicon (M-series) and Intel Macs. Pick the Apple silicon build unless you know your Mac uses an Intel processor.
Starry is not yet signed with an Apple Developer certificate, so Gatekeeper blocks the first launch. Right-click Starry.app and choose Open, or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Starry.app in Terminal.
